In memoriam Professor Tikhomir Stoychev (1923 - 2009) introduced in 1965 the Plasma Physics and Gas Discharges as a field of research in the Department of Radiophysics and Electronics. He was a teacher of some of us. We all are deeply indebted to Professor Stoychev for his significant contribution to the experimental activity of the group during many years. |
